HOA Property Management
§ Maintain files for each member of the association/owner
§ Maintain and store all files and records for the association

Property Management & Maintenance
§ Regular property inspections by the manager
§ Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R) enforcement and follow-up.
§ Coordinate maintenance and contracts through a competitive bid process
§ Monitor all contracts and ensure periodic maintenance (lawn care, snow removal, etc.) is completed as agree upon, verify contractor performance as necessary.
§ Periodic community inspections to identify maintenance issues and rule/by-law violations.
§ Prepare work orders and follow up on work in progress for minor maintenance and repairs with board approval.
